We got out and voted!

We had to drive to the old neighborhood and luckily there were no lines! Our polling place was an old church and while they did have those cardboard booths, they also had a hilarious room full of couches set up for our "comfort" - we had fun!

Then lunch afterward!

Petco Park!

Alan got free tickets to a Padres game this past weekend. The season is over for them, so the game was sort of pointless - but it was a good time anyhow. We had a suite that had all the beer and wine you could drink (why do these things only come up when I am pregnant?!) and some decent food. Hot dogs, wings, chips with salsa and cheese. Then Häagen-Dazs afterward. Padres won, which was nice!

Level II ultrasound yesterday!

It went great! I have heard many say they did not need a full bladder so I drank on the way to the Dr...not nearly as much as they said. As soon as she got in there she said my bladder was empty! Whoops! But it was fine - she showed me my empty bladder which was full by the end and said the only measurement that mattered for was when measuring my cervix.

He looked good on all accounts - ten fingers and ten toes, four chambers of the heart, yada yada yada...She could not get a good profile pic for the Dr. because his hand was always by his face so she actually spoke with the Dr before I left to make sure it was sufficient. That was cool because the Dr. looked at all of it and said there were no issues at all - no waiting to hear that!

The heartbeat was 138 and he weighs 11 ounces and is measuring EXACTLY to his due date. Sully always measured like two weeks ahead! I was thinking this kid would be bigger since..ahem...my gut is stretchier and seems roomier but who knows. hahaha...Here he is!

The NEW littlest Fitz!

We always call Sully "The Littlest Fitz" but will not anymore!

In an effort to get Sully to stop climbing on to things like the counter and the washer and the window sills...we have purchased him something he IS allowed to climb on. We got a bargain on craigslist.com thankfully!

Dad and Sully took a trip to Toys R Us...

Sully got a new toy chainsaw! And of course Alan had to teach him to hold it high in the air and yell "Ahhhh!" like a killer would!

He also got a new toy coffee maker. This kid loves it! He watches us make coffee every day, and it shows. He opens the top, fake pours water in closes is and says "hot!"

Crazy kid!

Sully gets out of his bed every night and sleeps in the chair in his room. Once he is asleep, I move him to his bed. For naps I just let him sleep in his chair...but the naps are never long. The other day he napped in his bed and it was a nice long nap so I thought maybe it was the fact he was actually in his bed!

So I decided to take the chair out and see if he would sleep on his bed (and therefore not wake up early). For his nap today he slept on the floor...Then tonight for bed THIS is what I found! Poor kid - he chose to sleep on the toy box rather than in bed!
